Village Community Nurse - Belong Village Chester
Salary £23.00 per hour
This is a part time role for 24 hours per week
Candidates must have the right to live and work in the UK and be within commutable distance of Chester. Unfortunately, we cannot consider candidates that do not meet these criteria at this time.

Responsibilities
* Working across our village with a warm, friendly team as a Nurse, under the guidance of the Village Nurse Manager
* Providing person centred care to older people to help them live independently
* Supporting residents with their night time needs with a focus on meeting clinical needs
* Overseeing the health needs of all household customers and acting appropriately
* Medication management
* Maintaining written documentation, including risk assessments and life plans
* Supporting the team with personal care
* Contributing to clinical governance data and meetings
* Completion of relevant nursing audits
* Providing holistic End of Life Care
Requirements
* Qualified nurse with current registration and ability to practice in the UK
* Ability to work across the village and support night-time care
