Job Description
A fast growing UK Challenger Bank are looking to recruit a Senior Legal Counsel to join their legal team of approximately ten lawyers. The role will sit within the Commercial sub-division of the team working on a broad array of matters, working closely with two other experienced lawyers.

About the Role
* Drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts with a specific focus on IT, procurement and outsourcing agreements. This will involve negotiating bespoke terms with suppliers.
* Advising on data protection and intellectual property issues
* A willingness to learn about the regulatory issues that affect the Bank, although prior experience knowledge within this realm is not a pre-requisite
What do you need to be successful in this role?
