Hays Technology are currently working exclusively with one of the UK's leading, largesternment branches - supporting them with the recruitment of an experienced project/programme planner on a contract basis.
This organisation has currently got a lot of major projects ongoing, with key deadlines to meet in order to deliver what they promise to the British public.
The contract on offer is going to be for 5 months (with potential extensions)
This will be a mainly remote working role, with the potential of going on site on the rare occasion at one of their hubs across the UK.
Your new role
1. Lead iterative project planning across aplex SI portfolio, creating and maintaining an integrated plan, milestones and dependency maps.
2. Produce high‑quality reporting and analysis using tools such as Power BI to support senior-level decision‑making.
3. Facilitate planning workshops and support project change control processes.
4. Coordinate with crossernment partners and senior stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and milestone tracking.
5. Develop KPIs to support delivery of the SI programme.
6. Regular interfacing with Project teams
7. Adopt PMO QA process and ensure plans align with relevant PMO standards.
