About the role
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Coachbuilder to join our busy mechanical engineering team. The primaryresponsibilities of this coach builder include conducting accident bodywork repairs, window repairs, diagnosing body faults, performing collision and vandalism repairs, addressing routine inspection findings and defect cards, painting minor bodywork repairs, handling fibreglass bodywork, carrying out repairs and maintenance to interior body components and documenting repairs for third-party insurance claims.
We'll provide your overalls and equipment needed to get the job done.
Location: Taunton
Hourly Rate: £16.71
Working Shift Patterns: Monday – Friday day shifts
About you
* Do you have a minimum level 3 NVQ standard or equivalent, with proven coach building experience?
* Do you have welding experience?
* Full driving licence is preferred
* Have you working experience in vehicle accident repair and painting for PSV/HGV vehicles?
* A PCV licence isn't essential, we can support you in gaining it.
