Key Tasks Strategic Growth & Market Development - Shape SIL’s overall Strategic direction and Strategic plan - Shape and execute specific strategies & initiatives to expand SIL’s presence in the global aviation navigation and ATM sectors. - Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
Commercial Leadership
- Lead major tenders and complex commercial negotiations.
- Oversee contract strategy, pricing models, and commercial governance.
- Ensure profitable, sustainable long‑term growth.
Operational & Project Excellence
- Provide executive oversight for navigation system delivery, including ILS, DVOR/DME, and broader ATM solutions.
- Maintain compliance with international aviation safety and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery.
Leadership & Organisational Development

Essential Experience
- Leadership experience in aviation navigation aids, ATM systems, airports or high‑integrity engineering sectors.
- Demonstrable successful leadership and engagement of high performing teams

- Demonstrable success in strategy development and international business expansion.
- Strong commercial acumen and management of complex global projects.
Key Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related technical field.
