AML Analyst\n\nOur client, a leading firm located in West London, is seeking a dedicated AML Analyst to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a hybrid role, where you will play a vital part in ensuring the organisation adheres to the highest standards of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nAs an AML Analyst, you will be at the forefront of compliance efforts. Your key responsibilities will include:\n\nAssisting fee earners with AML and KYC queries, ensuring clarity and compliance.\nReviewing Customer Due Diligence (CDD) on open files to align with firm policies and procedures.\nPreparing and delivering engaging training sessions for all staff, including newcomers.\nConducting thorough file reviews and reviewing Risk Assessments.\nMaintaining our undertakings register and high-risk clients register with precision.\nProviding support to the COLP/MLRO during their annual leave, with a view to advancing to a Deputy MLRO role.\nCoordinating internal and external AML audits to uphold compliance standards.\nUpdating and maintaining firm policies and procedures to reflect best practises.\nAssisting the COLP/MLRO with any ad hoc matters as necessary.
