The team is hiring a Junior IT/Network/Voice Engineer to support infrastructure operations, troubleshoot systems, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality IT and voice solutions. Responsibilities
* Providing 1st/2nd line IT support to internal teams and external clients
* Supporting Office 365, virtualised environments, and core IT systems
* Learning and supporting trader voice systems (full training provided)
* Occasionally travelling into London to deliver/pick up equipment from banking clients
* Working with a global team of 40–50 engineers across Singapore, Paris, and Stockholm
* Supporting high-profile customers in the financial sector, including major global names
Requirements
* Some IT support experience – ideally covering Office 365 and virtualisation
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Tech-savvy, with the ability to pick up new technologies quickly
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
* Willingness to work occasional hours outside core shifts (with excellent pay scheme)
