We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to join the team on a fixed term basis, with the potential for extension into longer term employment. About You: As a Social Media Manager, you will work with the wider social media team to manage our client channels, including community management and content creation. You’ll primarily focus on Instagram and TikTok, overseeing everything from content creation to scheduling and community management. Your days will be spent confidently creating engaging and aesthetic content, showcasing your creative flair in shooting and editing. You'll need to keep a close eye on the market, reacting quickly to emerging trends and recreating content that aligns with our clients' brand guidelines. This role also involves attending client events and off-site shoots to capture the best possible content. You will be responsible for developing and evolving monthly content calendars and schedules in advance for clients, ensuring all content is posted on time. In addition to this, you will assist with reporting on content performance and analysis to influence social strategy decisions, as well as the setup and ongoing optimisation of paid campaigns. You’re the one we're looking for if you have at least 3 years of proven professional social media experience and a passion for creating social first content. You’ve got that aesthetic eye for what makes great social content, especially within the alcohol and retail industries. You’re a creative thinker and a pro on all the major social channels. You’re super organised, enjoy working at a fast pace, and you bring a positive energy to the team.
