Communications & Engagement Lead 6 Months £400 to £500 Per Day - Inside IR35 via Umbrella Location: Warwickshire (1 day per week onsite, rest remote working) A Midlands based mid-level Communications & Engagement Lead is urgently required by our leading financial services client in Warwickshire, to focus on the following deliverables - Develop and manage detailed communications plans that align with the overall programme strategy and objectives, incorporating the ADKAR model to facilitate effective change. Draft clear and concise communications for various audiences, including the wider business and programme team members. Gather and define communications requirements from stakeholders to ensure all needs are met. Work closely with IT leads, Business Relationship Managers, and the Learning & Organisational Development team to ensure consistent messaging and understanding of the programme's impact. Collaborate with the PMO Analyst and other team members to ensure interlocks and alignment between workstreams.
