Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Gym Operations Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the gym, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, customer service-oriented, and a team player.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greeting members and guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
* Assisting with members inquiries, sign-ups, and renewals.
* Handling cash and card transactions.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the gym, including equipment, locker rooms, and common areas.
* Provide exceptional customer service to members, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer service or operations role, preferred but not required.
* Enthusiasm for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
* Basic computer skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including days, night and weekends.
