This role is ideal for an experienced Diagnostics Engineer with strong exposure to automotive electrical systems, diagnostic protocols and system fault analysis. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and validate diagnostic strategies for automotive climate domain systems * Lead system logic reviews, DFMEA, fault detection analysis and failure investigations * Design, develop and validate health-check routines for service and manufacturing * Drive root-cause analysis and define corrective actions with clear documentation * Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams across hardware and software changes * Support service engineering with diagnostic guidelines, tools and technical documentation * Apply UDS, OBD-II and vehicle network knowledge (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet) * Use diagnostic toolsets such as TOPIX and MSOSA Required Skills & Experience: * Proven background in automotive diagnostics, service diagnostics or manufacturing diagnostics * Strong understanding of DFMEA, fault detection and system design logic * Hands-on experience with UDS, OBD-II and vehicle communication networks * Experience producing diagnostic routines, service guidance and corrective actions * Confident with diagnostic tools and ...
