What We Offer

Competitive Salary: Start with a base salary of £40,170, with potential earnings of up to £52,000 through bonuses and overtime.

Flexible Hours: Enjoy a 40-hour workweek with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Guaranteed Overtime: After your first month, opt for extra shifts at £30 per hour—just one extra day a month could earn you an additional £3,000!
Your Daily Adventure
Your day begins with a clear digital schedule, where each job is pre-booked and waiting for you. You’ll be responsible for:
* Routine servicing
* Advanced diagnostics using cutting-edge mobile equipment
* In-depth repairs typically done in a workshop
* Providing members with advice and recommendations
* Conducting vehicle safety checks aligned with RAC standards
With SMR, you’ll have the time and tools to deliver quality work without the stress of breakdowns!
What You’ll Need
* Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
* Minimum 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles
* A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
