Responsibilities
* Personal Care – assist with bathing and dressing
* Light Home Help – dusting, hoovering, washing up
* Companionship – building relationships, spending time with your clients
* Medication – ensuring your clients stay on track with their medication
* Meal Preparation – create nutritious meals for the client to enjoy
Benefits
* £12.75 – £13.40 basic hourly rate (also paid when undertaking training)
* £0.30 – £0.45 per mile travel expenses
* Payment made to you when traveling between clients’ homes (some restrictions)
* Pension, holiday paid
* Minimum 1‑hour visits
* Remain local within a 10‑15 minute drive from Welwyn & Hatfield
* You can select hours you wish to work – we do not have set shifts

Essential Requirements
* Must have a UK driving licence and own a car
* Must live within our franchise region
* Must have the right to work in the UK – we are not licensed to sponsor
* Must be prepared to work your agreed hours on alternate Saturdays & Sundays
