The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Search Executive to join our growing Paid Media team. In this role, you’ll take the lead on planning, executing, and optimising Paid Search campaigns for high‑profile clients in the asset management and financial services space.

As a client‑facing position, you’ll work directly with marketing teams across global financial brands; building relationships, delivering performance, and helping guide strategic decisions.

We’re seeking someone who pairs strong technical knowledge of Paid Search with sharp analytical skills, excellent communication, and a genuine interest in audience targeting and data‑driven optimisation.

This role presents the opportunity to help influence how search integrates into our tech stack including the progression of our AI tools and cookieless tracking platform.


Key Responsibilities

* Campaign ownership: Lead end‑to‑end campaign execution across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
* Audience targeting & segmentation: Leverage audience insights and intent signals to inform keyword strategy and bidding approaches.
* Client communication: Present performance updates, strategic recommendations, and market insights to client stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
* Keyword & competitor research: Identify high‑value search opportunities in line with financial marketing objectives.
* Ad copy & A/B testing: Write compelling, compliance‑friendly ad copy and run structured tests to improve performance.
* Budget management: Monitor spend and performance to ensure optimal use of client budgets, maximising ROI.
* Performance reporting: Analyse and report on campaign results using platforms like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Excel as well as our internal systems.
* Cross‑team collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align strategies.
* Contribute to knowledge sharing, and stay ahead of industry changes.


What we are looking for

* 2–3 years’ experience managing Paid Search campaigns (agency experience ideal).
* Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Ads Editor, and Google Analytics/Adobe are a plus.
* Experience with audience‑based targeting and segmentation strategies.
* Understanding of B2B and financial services marketing (experience in a regulated sector is a plus).
* Excellent analytical skills, especially in Excel.
* Confident communicator with client‑facing experience, able to simplify complex data and provide strategic insight.
* Experience using SA360 or other bid management tools is advantageous.
* Proficiency in Spanish, German, French, or Italian is strongly desirable, as it will support collaboration with international clients and enhance localisation of search strategies across key European markets.
