The Ad Operations team serves as a liaison between sales, project management, and the design teams to ensure campaign fulfilment and client satisfaction. Ad Ops is responsible for supporting the sales team from pre- to post-sales cycle for an assigned list of digital campaigns.
Key responsibilities
1. Supporting the response to client briefs
2. Optimising to ensure the best performance
3. Liaising with clients/sales to update on progress
4. Providing post-campaign analysis and recommendations for future campaigns
5. Working with sales and marketing to refine the product offering
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve
* Experience using GAM (Google Ad Manager)
* An understanding of digital ad formats
* Experience of using third-party tags across various vendors

This is a Hybrid role based in our Bath Office, working three days from the office and two from home.
