Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with a family run and highly growing company in the search for a HELPDESK PLANNER!
The ideal candidate with have experience in dealing with both reactive and planned works with either Engineers or maintenance
Daily duties include:
1. Support Helpdesk with analysing completed work orders and progressing onto relevant status’
2. Responsible for helpdesk email inbox
3. Ordering parts
4. Reporting on closed / open jobs
5. Liaise with Sub-contractors for updates on jobs
6. Assign jobs to engineers/subcontractors
7. Updating Client Portals with work order notes
8. Creating job sheets for the job management system
Working hours:
9. Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
10. Paid overtime.
11. You would also be required to be part of an admin on call rota for emergency calls, where a standby fee would be payable on top of the salary.
