IT Service Delivery Manager | 2 Days in London (3 days WFH)
You know what good service looks like. Youve worked with vendors, wrangled SLAs, and kept delivery on track even when things got messy. Now you're ready for a role where your voice matters, your ideas land, and your leadership drives real change.
Were looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager to join a growing team thats serious about service excellence, but not stuck in its ways. Youll be the bridge between our business and our service providers, making sure whats promised gets delivered, and whats delivered keeps improving.

What were looking for:
* Someone to grow with the role. Expecting c. 5 years IT experience, with 2+ in Service Delivery.
* Comfortable managing vendors, contracts, and performance.
* Knows ITIL (v4 is a bonus), understands Agile, and isnt afraid to challenge the status quo
* A calm communicator who can influence stakeholders and lead with empathy
* Ideally understand SIAM models or multi-sourced setups
