About the Role We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented CRM Executive to join our growing marketing team. This role is key in delivering personalised, data-driven campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and acquisition. You will work hands-on with our CRM platform to create and optimise email campaigns, nurture flows, and customer journeys - ensuring communications are timely, relevant, and effective. Key Responsibilities Email Campaigns & Performance Contribute to achieving and maintaining an average CTR of 2.5–3.5% by ensuring accurate targeting, testing, and optimisation. Manage end-to-end campaign setup, including segmentation, QA, and scheduling. Retention & Lifecycle Marketing Support initiatives aimed at reducing annual churn to below 5–10%. Assist in the delivery of nurture programs and personalised lifecycle campaigns that engage customers across different touchpoints. Customer Acquisition Support Contribute to campaigns that help achieve the marketing team’s Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) targets. Reporting & Optimisation Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Test subject lines, creative, and segmentation strategies to optimise engagement. What We’re Looking For Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously. Exceptional attention to detail in testing, proofreading, and handling customer data. Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance data. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Bloomreach, Braze, or similar. Knowledge of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and automation workflows (journey builders/flow design). Strong written and verbal communication skills.
