Keystone Recruitment Partners are growing and we have significant pipelines of work in the UK and EU as well as a couple of pretty exciting growth market opportunities coming in the next 6-12 months.
Initially we are looking for 2 UK-based recruiters (270 or 360) who are passionate about doing things our way: Recruiting Excellence.

This is a warm desk, however candidates with at least some sales/BD expertise will be preferred.
Prior experience in high quality agency recruitment of perm or contract with account management and BD expertise would be beneficial though entry level and career changer applications are welcomed.
Knowledge, experience and skills in recruiting human beings across: technology, professional services, finance, operations and trades in contract and/or permanent environment.
Proven abilities to build relationships, understand and offer truly consultative expertise to SMEs or start ups even more so.
The role is fully remote but candidates must be able to attend regular meetings in Edinburgh HQ (minimum 6 days per month).
