As an Analyst or Associate within FX Services, Currency Overlay Product team, you will be part of the Front Office Order Management and Product team, collaborating with Trading, Sales, Technology, Operations, and partners across Markets and Securities Services. You will help deliver innovative Currency Overlay product analytics, manage risk, and contribute to the evolution of the business. Job responsibilities Manage day-to-day order flow of the Overlay FX business, mitigating risk and ensuring correct trade execution. Product SME, designing and implementing currency risk management solutions for clients. Review operational procedures, data flow, and system dependencies to identify risks, gaps, and improvement areas. Designing and advancing cutting-edge analytics, which will drive market leading client solutions and generating new business opportunities. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Demonstrated experience in a professional environment. Excellent teamwork abilities. Self-starter with the ability to work under pressure. Diligent with high attention to detail. Highly motivated with a practical approach to problem solving. Effective collaborator and communicator, able to explain complex topics to diverse audiences. Strong academic background in a STEM discipline such as Financial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, and Computer Science Ability to analyse and apply advanced statistical methods across large data sets Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Knowledge of Foreign Exchange products and Markets. Experience with coding (preferably Python) and data science tools such as Tableau, QlikSense or similar platforms. Experience with Alteryx.
