The Role
You\'ll handle a diverse range of complex private client matters while helping to shape the future of the team. Your work will include:
* Advising on complex wills, probate, and lasting powers of attorney
* Managing and developing long-term client relationships
* Supervising and mentoring junior team members
* Playing an active role in marketing, networking, and growing the team\'s client base
* Contributing to continuous improvement and the firm\'s wider growth strategy
About You
* 4-8 years\' PQE with demonstrable experience in Private Client law
* Strong background in complex wills, probate, and powers of attorney
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Collaborative, supportive, and client-focused approach
* Commercially minded with the ability to deliver practical, solution-focused advice
* Experience mentoring or developing junior colleagues
* Organised, proactive, and confident managing your own workload
