Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Adviser to join our friendly credit management team. The role involves handling queries from domestic customers who may be in arrears with their water and sewerage bills.
Responsibilities
1. Provide first-class support to customers behind on payments.
2. Collect payments, negotiate repayment plans, and resolve issues efficiently.
3. Work 40 hours per week, between 08:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday.
Requirements
1. Confident telephone manner and experience in customer service or collections.
2. Ability to build rapport, remain professional and patient under pressure.
3. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and empathy.
4. Passion for supporting vulnerable customers and improving processes.
