A Day in the Life
You'll balance hands‑on educational leadership with operational excellence.
You'll role model excellent tutoring and coach your team, supporting your members to achieve real maths and English progress and unlock a love of learning.
You'll monitor and celebrate member progress, holding meaningful conversations with families about achievements and next steps.
You'll build your centre's reputation through local brand presence, community engagement and sales activation.
You'll host trial sessions, manage enquiries and new member experience, making sure every family feels welcome and supported.
