Job Title: Commercial Property Lawyer

Overview
We are working with a reputable and well-established law firm in Swansea seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident practitioner to manage a varied commercial property caseload within a supportive, hybrid-working environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a full caseload of commercial property matters from instruction to completion.
* Advising clients on acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold commercial property.
* Drafting and negotiating commercial leases, agreements for lease, and licences.
* Handling landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals and variations.
* Acting on refinancing and secured lending transactions.
* Carrying out title investigations and reporting to clients and lenders.
* Providing practical, commercial advice to a diverse client base.
* Supervising junior team members where appropriate.
Working Arrangement
* Hybrid role (office-based and remote working)
Experience Required
* Minimum 6 years’ PQE in Commercial Property
Salary
* £55,000 – £65,000 (dependent on experience)
