About you
* Associate CIPD
* Two years' experience advising on HR policies and processes
* Two years' experience managing disciplinary, grievance, and absence procedures
* Ability to work as part of a team to improve service quality and support colleagues
What you'll do
* Manage HR and employee relations issues in accordance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
* Undertake investigations related to personnel matters
* Assist with development and management of HR procedures, record-keeping, and reporting
* Coordinate responses to requests under legislation such as FOI and data protection
* Liaise with managers and advise on sickness absence and Occupational Health matters
* Prepare absence management reports for case review panels
