About the role
We're looking for an experienced, client-focused Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) to join our growing team on a self-employed basis. This is an ideal opportunity for an adviser who wants the freedom to run their own diary, with the backing of a supportive, compliant and marketing-led firm.

About you
* Qualified to Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
* Experience providing independent financial advice to retail clients
* Strong compliance record and commitment to doing the right thing for clients
* Commercially minded, with the drive to build and grow your own client bank
* Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to build long-term relationships
