Accounts Assistant - 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

We are currently working with a client within the food manufacturing sector who is urgently seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to support their busy finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Main Responsibilities

1. Support with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions
2. Perform payment reconciliations
3. Process a high volume of invoices with accuracy and efficiency
4. Investigate and resolve invoice and payment queries promptly
5. Carry out credit control duties
6. Set up new customer accounts and ensure their records are kept up to date.

Required

7. Proven experience in a similar Accounts Assistant role within a busy finance environment
8. A background in FMCG, food production, manufacturing, or retail sectors is required
