My client based in Hertfordshire is looking to appoint a Building Services Manager temporarily whilst they complete a restructure. Please see an overview of the role below.
Skills/Experience/Responsibilities
* Have experience overseeing all repairs, maintenance, and compliance within a Local Authority/Housing Association & previously implemented robust statutory compliance processes.
* Review the Stock Condition Survey Data and draft up a 30-year business plan for corporate/commercial assets.
* Previously managed Building Services, Garages and Asset Data Teams.
* Ability to make unilateral decisions.
Key Details
* Contract length: 6 Months.
* Rate: Negotiable DOE.
* IR35 Status: Inside.
* Working Pattern: Hybrid 2/3-day split.
