Role Description
We are looking for appoint a full-time LDS Assistant to join our LDS team at West Lancashire College, with a focus on timetabling. This is a permanent position within an established team and will involve completing data related tasks, such as enrolling, course set up, learning funding rules, completing data audit reports and maintaining the timetabling and register data.
A full training and induction will be given to all successful candidate. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring accurate input of timetabling information, working closely with curriculum colleagues,
* Keeping registers up to date so that they reflect the timetables,
* Running reports to check for data inaccuracies,
* Developing your knowledge of the funding rules,
* Processing enrolments, withdrawals and transfers throughout the year,
* Supporting with document collection for audit.
