Project Manager required to join a council based in Berkshire to lead a redesign of their customer-first approach. This role offers £500 per day, is inside IR35, and requires 2 days on-site per week.
Requirements
1. Systems Thinking Approach: Candidates must understand and ideally have experience applying systems thinking in service redesign or public sector transformation, moving away from traditional process- and activity-focused methods.
2. Resident-Focused Transformation: Focus on understanding resident demand, especially high-demand cohorts (e.g., the 'Vital Few'), and redesigning services based on these insights.
3. Data-Driven Redesign: Experience in analyzing demand data, mapping workflow processes, complaints analysis, and cost-to-serve analysis is highly relevant.
4. Proof of Concept Work: Ability to work iteratively, testing and refining small-scale interventions, and scaling successful initiatives.
5. Front Door Services & Customer Access: Experience with customer services, access channels (digital, phone, in-person), or public sector CRM systems is advantageous.
