This is a senior hands-on position, ideal for someone who enjoys programming and running machines while also supporting other team members with technical guidance. This is not a heavy management role. The successful candidate will remain primarily hands-on, spending most of their time programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines. Alongside this, they will help support less experienced machinists, troubleshoot machining issues and assist with shift coordination. The role would suit an experienced CNC Miller who can lead by example, support production and help maintain quality and efficiency across the shift.
