Overview

Residential Conveyancing : Legal Secretary, 12+ months experience, Cheshire, up to GBP 26,000 DOE. This role at TipTopJob offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team, delivering crucial support in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. JOB REF: 0848.


Responsibilities

* The appointed legal professional will assist the conveyancing team in managing residential property transactions from start to finish, including preparing and submitting search requests and Land Registry applications.
* Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, letters, and contracts, while liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
* The appointed Legal Professional should have previous experience in a Conveyancing role, strong administrative skills with attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
