About the role:
Reporting to the CFO, the Associate Director provides financial guidance across business capture, proposal development, contract setup, and delivery, supporting growth and financial commitments. The role involves shaping strategy, growth, investments, and ensuring strong financial performance, internal controls, and team development.
Partnering with the existing Associate Director and Finance Leadership Team, the candidate should bring leadership skills, industry knowledge, and a passion for business excellence in a complex environment.
Skills and Experience:
* Proven track record in strategic and commercial financial management.
* Extensive relevant experience.
* University or advanced degree in a related field.
* Strong business acumen.
* Experience in process and data-driven organizations.
* Experience implementing new processes and policies.
* Leadership experience in finance functions or business areas.
* Experience in international, large-scale technology businesses, including growth, consolidation, or turnaround.

Responsibilities:
* Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and risk analysis for decision-making.
* Lead financial management for a complex portfolio, including planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
* Manage business processes such as EAC, customer reporting, Gate 5s, working capital, and earned value management.
* Construct annual and long-range plans.
* Provide financial briefings to stakeholders.
* Develop cost strategies for competitive procurements.
* Promote a high-performance culture aligned with strategic objectives.
* Manage and mentor a high-performing financial team, building internal talent.
* Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
