The Role
As a Customer Service Assistant on Reception, you will be responsible
for first customer interactions and team communications. Part of your daily
routine will involve managing bookings for our amazing activities,problem
solving any issues that arise, assisting and providing information to customers.
As you grow in the role, you’ll be supported to build your skills across
all key areas of the centre, from serving behind the bar to getting involved in
the kitchen. You’ll also play a hands-on role in managing our karaoke rooms,
helping to keep the energy high and the fun flowing. This well-rounded
experience will help you confidently support the team and create great moments
for our customers.
You will work efficiently, show initiative and be a
team player. Exceptional customer service will be at heart of your role. You
will also need to be confident and comfortable when dealing with customers
Skills You Need
Previous
experience, in a similar role, managing a busy booking sheet with
multiple booking channels.
* Full of
determination, enthusiasm, and be able to work in fast-paced environment
* Able to provide
high levels of customer service and have strong communication skills
* Fully flexible
around working pattern (evening and weekends will be required)
* Be approachable
and helpful
Can multi-task, demonstrate exceptional
organisational skills, and strong attention to detail.
