Local supply work is available throughout the academic year, offering a perfect balance between work and personal life, while allowing you to make a significant impact on students' education across key stages 3 and 4. This role provides flexibility to maintain your schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver engaging and effective teaching across various subjects and year groups.
2. Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and school environments.
3. Implement lesson plans provided by the regular teacher or create stimulating lessons as needed.
4. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, supporting and encouraging all students.
5. Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Comfortable covering lessons across the national UK curriculum.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs.
* Enthusiasm for promoting health and wellbeing among young people.
