About the Opportunity We’re hiring for a new Head of Marketing to join our fast-paced, entrepreneurial real estate investment and asset management business. This is a standalone role where you’ll take full ownership of marketing strategy and delivery across a diverse UK commercial property portfolio — including retail and office assets. We’re looking for someone with strong experience in commercial real estate marketing, ideally gained in a vertically integrated environment, where you’ve worked closely with Asset Managers and Property Managers to drive asset performance and brand visibility. This role offers a high level of autonomy and impact. You’ll be the go-to expert, responsible for everything from strategy development to hands-on delivery — including campaigns, leasing support, agency management, and tenant communications. It could suit an established Head of Marketing looking for a new challenge, or an experienced Marketing Manager ready to step into their first head-of-role. Either way, you’ll need to be confident working independently, commercially minded, and excited by the opportunity to build and shape a function within a growing real estate group. The Role You’ll work closely with asset managers, leasing teams, and external partners to: Develop Strategy: Create and deliver marketing plans aligned to business and asset-level goals, supporting leasing, placemaking, and asset performance. Build the Brand: Ensure consistent, high-quality messaging across all channels — from digital to signage to campaigns — enhancing the visibility of both individual assets and the wider Praxis brand. Support Leasing: Produce targeted campaigns and standout materials (brochures, presentations, virtual tours) to engage prospective tenants. Lead Digital: Manage Praxis’s web presence and social media, using SEO, paid ads, and content strategy to increase engagement and reach. Collaborate Widely: Work with internal stakeholders (property, asset management, ESG) and external suppliers to maximise marketing impact. What You’ll Bring Experience in commercial real estate marketing with a solid understanding of the real estate and property management market, including tenant needs and industry trends. Proven ability to develop long-term marketing plans that align with business objectives.
