Our client has recently secured this contract, and your responsibilities will include resourcing and recruiting for an electronics and distribution facility, providing warehousing operatives. You will build and maintain strong client relationships to fully understand their needs and ensure a suitable, high-quality workforce to meet their demands.
Responsibilities
1. Completing return to work procedures
2. Managing productivity
3. Liaising with the Training department to arrange training and inductions
4. Collating data to prepare MI and KPI reports
5. Adding workers to internal databases and systems
6. Performing general administrative tasks
7. Attending client meetings
