Due to rapid growth, we are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Director to join our Ecommerce & Retail division!
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

You can have an impact at DHL Supply Chain by developing and presenting bespoke solutions to your customers. You'll lead the way in collaboration with other departments, while creating a space for your own dynamic team to thrive.
With your ability to forge strong relationships with new and existing customers, you'll help us maintain our “Customer for Life” ethos, while building a pipeline of exciting new business opportunities.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
Demonstrated experience winning new business within a complex large organisation
A strong understanding of and experience working with Transport networks
Retail Transport network experience - preferred
Experience in managing projects and/or complex sales cycles
Advanced skills in selling, influencing, and developing commercially viable and innovative solutions.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop vision and target plans for accounts.
Experience managing large scale, high value customer accounts
Proven ability to understand customer organisations and navigate them to build relationships across decision levels, operations, and functional levels.
