We are looking for our next Business Development Representative to join our rapidly expanding EMEA sales organisation. From facilitating initial conversations, to developing team wide best practices, you will be an integral member for our Sales organisation. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating excitement about AutoGenAI. You’ll get to work alongside an extremely passionate and supportive team, and you’ll jumpstart your career in an exciting field.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop new business leads to achieve sales goals
* Utilise prospecting and research tools to generate and qualify leads into the sales funnel
* Work collaboratively with assigned reps to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
* Co-ordinate with assigned reps to qualify opportunities, prepare for and book meetings with target prospects
* Create strategies with team members to innovate & improve the overall sales development process
* Create, maintain and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects and sales meetings
* Proactively follow up with leads to nurture and develop the relationship
* Represent and attend industry events
* Gather market and competitor intelligence, feeding back internally to guide strategy
* Track, analyse, and report on results of outreach campaigns and sales meetings
* Conduct sales development best practices with email, phone, and social drips to connect with new prospects
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in order to develop effective strategies for prospecting and booking qualified meetings
Requirements
* Sales development experience in a similar role or matching experience transferable to this position
* Excellent written and oral communication, organisational, and analytical skills
* Very strong work ethic with confidence to work autonomously
* Highly motivated to succeed both individually and with a young and fast-growing company
* Experience, knowledge or an interest working in our sector and the powerful technology we create
* A professional and friendly attitude with the ability to consistently develop and deliver on agile goals and targets
* Prior Start-up sales experience a huge plus
