We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager or an exceptional Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations within our hospitality establishment. Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities across all departments to ensure high standards of service and efficiency.
* Lead, motivate, and support staff, fostering a positive working environment that promotes teamwork and professional development.
* Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally to maintain excellent customer satisfaction levels.
* Oversee the implementation of health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
* Assist in managing reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
* Support staffing functions including staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
* Collaborate with other departments such as housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
* Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and guest interactions for reporting purposes.
Experience
* Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel industry is essential.
* Previous hotel experience is highly desirable.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
* Experience in guest services and hospitality management is preferred.
* Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with international guests.
* Knowledge of human resources practices related to staff management and development. This role requires a dedicated professional capable of balancing operational responsibilities with exceptional guest service delivery while demonstrating leadership qualities that inspire teams to excel.
