ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are recruiting a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused Client Growth & Retention Manager. This field-based role covers multiple clients across the UK.
Job Type: Permanent - Full Time
Pay Rate: £55,000 per annum + Car allowance
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30
Start Date: Immediately
Role Summary:
This role ensures long-term customer satisfaction and retention by understanding customer needs, resolving issues promptly, and fostering positive relationships. The goal is to minimize churn and maximize customer lifetime value, supporting business growth.
You will collaborate with site teams to deliver excellent service and improve client experiences.
Responsibilities include:
* Develop and implement customer retention strategies for key accounts.
* Engage with the operations team to understand and meet customer needs.
* Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
* Create reports on customer insights to enhance experience.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Support creation of references and case studies.
* Lead renewal meetings with stakeholders.
* Achieve growth in customer lifetime value and retention rates.
* Collaborate across teams to resolve issues and grow relationships.
* Report on retention metrics and risks.
* Assist with pricing exercises and risk management.
Key Skills:
* Proven experience in client retention, customer success, or account management.
* Self-motivated with understanding of B2B and technology impact in FM industry.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Experience with customer success roles is advantageous.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
* Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Training will be provided; professionalism and adherence to company values are expected.
