Our business is repairing domestic white goods appliances for varied customer types ranging from private consumers and letting agents to housing associations and insurance companies. We do this by utilising the great engineers we have working in the field as well as through our network of subcontractors.
What you'll get up to as a Field Service engineer:
The role will be based in the field working 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday. Overtime options are also available.
Key responsibilities
· Attend up to 10 calls a day depending on routing/job type
· Fault-find, diagnose, and repair large domestic white goods.
· Ensuring all information about the repair is correct and updated on time for our office staff to process.
· Helping with route planning each day to ensure you have enough time to spend at each callout.
· Promote a good image to all customers.
· Be polite and courteous.
· Ensure that work is of a high standard to encourage repeat business.
· Clean up any mess caused from the work carried out at the customer's property.
· Wear company uniform provided at all times.
