Key Duties: To maintain vigilant supervision of pool users and ensure their safety at all times in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS). To administer first aid, effect pool rescues and apply resuscitation as necessary (once NPLQ qualified). To deal with customers in a friendly and professional manner and to ensure the highest level of customer enjoyment and satisfaction, meeting the Customer Service Standards. To carry out cleaning duties to the highest possible standards. To carry out regular facility inspections. As the Apprenticeship progresses, work shifts to cover the operating hours of the facility, which includes evenings and weekends. Role requirements: To develop skills and knowledge to understand how to deliver an efficient, friendly and consistently high-quality service to all customers. Apprentices Eligibility: UK/EU Resident for 3 years Not currently a student in funded learning Hasn’t completed a similar qualification at same level or above GCSE in Maths and English Candidates will need to meet the eligibility criterion of the apprenticeship provider for the relevant course.
