Salary: £50,000 - 80,000 per year Requirements: Significant experience as a Senior Business Analyst within financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries Proven enterprise-level experience within large, multi-product organisations Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, system flows, and cross-product alignment Expert-level stakeholder engagement skills, including managing senior or challenging stakeholders Strong facilitation skills, including leading workshops and structured requirement-gathering sessions Proficient with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills Ability to operate confidently in complex, fast-paced hybrid working environments Design experience (service design, journey design, or process design) (desirable) BA certifications (e.g., BCS, IIBA) (desirable) Experience within large, matrixed organisations undergoing transformation (desirable) Understanding of regulatory or operational resilience requirements (desirable) Responsibilities: Lead workshops across business and technology teams to capture requirements, define scope, and establish alignment across multiple insurance products Conduct structured, enterprise-level requirements gathering across Motor, Home, Travel, and Pet insurance Partner closely with the Enterprise Architect to ensure change aligns to the target architecture and cross-product design principles Analyse and map current- and future-state processes, identifying dependencies and opportunities for simplification or standardisation Engage, influence, and manage senior stakeholders, resolving conflicting priorities and supporting strategic decision-making Produce high-quality BA outputs including BRDs, user stories, process maps, acceptance criteria, epics, and impact assessments Support solution shaping, option evaluation, and future-state design discussions Work effectively across both Agile and Waterfall frameworks Assist with testing, operational readiness, and the embedding of change into BAU Provide guidance or support to junior analysts within the Technology change team Technologies: Architect Support AI REST More: We are a leading UK retail-based financial services provider committed to delivering a significant enterprise-level transformation across our core insurance product set, including Motor, Home, Travel, and Pet Insurance.
