The Role
You will be responsible for delivering expert advice across the commercial lending space, supporting a range of clients from SMEs to property investors. This is a relationship-led role where you will guide clients through the full lending process and help them achieve their financial and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Conducting detailed fact-finds to understand clients’ financial positions and lending requirements
* Providing tailored advice on commercial mortgages and property finance solutions
* Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
* Managing cases from initial enquiry through to completion
* Keeping up to date with market trends, lender criteria, and product developments
* Delivering both regulated and non-regulated advice
About You
* Proven experience within the commercial mortgage or lending sector is essential
* Strong knowledge of commercial finance products and the wider market
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly
* A relationship-driven approach with a focus on long-term client outcomes
* Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload effectively
* Degree educated or equivalent (desirable, not essential)
