Digital Strategy and Leadership:
Lead the development and execution of the digital roadmap.
Act as the pivotal point for all digital initiatives, working closely with UX, product teams, and service designers.
Build and maintain relationships with digital leads across various service lines, including HR, consulting, and IT.
Bridge the gap between service design and solution architecture.
Commercial and Financial Acumen:
Develop business cases for new digital investments.
Experience in building client-facing solutions and integrating client portal development.
Proven track record in digital strategy and execution, with exposure to SaaS being beneficial.
Knowledge of the SME space and a focus on areas like Payroll, Tax, and Audit.
Ability to embrace and lead the organization through transformation.
