Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Change,munications and Training professional to support the group-wide rollout of a Workforce Planning capability across a large,plex organisation. The rolebines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, including the development and potential facilitation of training. Rate: up to £750pd inside ir35 via umbrella
Duration: 12 months
Hybird: 3 days a week in London-based office
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead end-to-end change,munications and training activities for the workforce planning rollout.
2. Adapt and scale existingmunications and training materials for multiple business divisions.
3. Develop clear, engaging change messages aligned to the needs of different stakeholder groups.
4. Partner closely with business, HR, technology and program stakeholders to ensure successful adoption.
5. Track change readiness, risks and adoption, adjusting plans as required.
6. Operate at pace and “hit the ground running” in aplex transformational environment.
Skills & Experience
7. Strong all-round capability across change management, internalmunications and training.
8. Experience working within large,plex organisations, ideally gained through a management consulting background (strong preference, though not essential).
9. Exposure to workforce planning or ERP implementations is highly desirable.
10. Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
11. Confident stakeholder engagement skills and clear, pragmaticmunication style.
