Night Team Leader – Hawthorn House
We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Night Team Leader to join our team. As a Night Team Leader, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.
We offer a company vehicle to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK driver’s licence or have been driving in the UK for two years or more.
Starting rates are £14.24 with experience up to £16.30, depending on level: Level 1 – £14.24, Level 2 – £15.23, Level 3 – £16.30. You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills through our competency framework, unlocking pathways to increased hourly rates.
