What the job involves This role involves providing leadership to the Development Management and Enforcement functions of the Council to contribute significantly to the Borough's growth and regeneration. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction, operational planning, and overseeing the performance of lead officers and teams. In addition, the job requires staying updated with legislation and policies, negotiating infrastructure arrangements, coordinating planning committees, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
