Financial Services Support Administrator - Mercer Wealth The Role: The purpose of this role is to provide administration support for Mercer Private Wealth (MPW). MPW provide holistic financial planning advice to a bank of both existing and potential new clients who pay regular fees to receive a designated level of service from MPW. This role involves working closely with the Financial Planners, Operations Support, Technical Operations, UK and Offshore operations teams within MPW to ensure that a unified approach is adopted and communicated across the MPW business. We will rely on you to: Prepare meeting packs for our Financial Planners Package and send recommendation reports Assist the offshore team regarding valuation, compliance checklist and fact find queries. Request, collate & analyse plan & other information as directed and input that data accurately into the system. Process incoming post and allocating as required per the MPW post process Work closely with the offshore and client support teams to ensure that client work flows smoothly through the advice process, resolving any blockers Ad hoc client queries & projects as required. What you need to have: Excellent numeracy & attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook,) Excellent planning and organising skills The ability to work both independently and as part of a team Assertive and pro-active approach to your work Quick to pick up information, which can be technical in nature.
